By default, minimal contact information is made publicly available for people who are certified. People may also choose to keep their certification private and not list their name in this directory. Certified individuals who have chosen to keep their listing private may specify a Personal Confirmation Code (PCC) that they can share with you. This PCC allows you to search the directory for their certification information. If you do not see the name of the individual you are searching for, you may want to find out if the individual has a PCC that you can use and then search again with the PCC.
